My approach and background
I became a hypnotherapist after I realised how powerful this treatment can be when it helped me to overcome anxiety and depression when my father and brother died in close succession. I felt trapped by a condition that I felt I couldn't do anything about and that no-one truly understood. After my first session I felt like I had been thrown a life line, that there was finally a way out of this horrible spiral of anxiety.
In 2016 I trained to become a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and have been running a busy and successful practice since then. I use a combination of hypnotherapy, coaching and NLP to support my clients.
I hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma from the prestigious Clifton Practice in Bristol. This qualification is considered the gold standard in hypnotherapy training. I have furthered my knowledge and skills with specialist training on topics including NLP, overcoming anxiety, dealing with trauma, PTSD, weight management, smoking cessation and more.
I have helped hundreds of people to achieve their goals, from all walks of life, all ages and have required support with many different challenges in their lives.
Hypnosis reduces anxiety, and this is done very simply through relaxation and visualisation. It allows you to focus on the positive aspects of your life and enables a shift in perspective.
Being in a hypnotic trance is a lovely, relaxing experience. Rest assured I cannot make you do anything against your will. It's a wonderful feeling, after just one session, my clients often feel lighter, brighter and more in control of their thoughts.
You cannot get stuck in hypnosis and you can bring yourself out at any time.
With solution focused hypnotherapy, I look at what you want to achieve (the solution) rather than at whatever prompted you to visit me (the problem).

Your appointments will take place in a soothing homely environment near Malvern and Worcester. With fully private rooms and complimentary drinks you will easily relax. If you prefer you can stay in the comfort of your own home and have an online hypnotherapy session, or a combination of online and face to face hypnotherapy sessions.
